Mary Kay Ash is the founder of Mary Kay Cosmetics. According to Direct Selling News, in 2018, Mary Kay Cosmetics was the sixth largest network marketing company in the world with an overall revenue in 2022 of $2.7 billion.

Not bad for a small startup company that began in Texas in 1963 with a $5000 investment.
