How do you determine which of two people is best suited for a particular leadership position? Would you make your decision based on their intelligence, their experience, their strength and stamina? Would you decide based on their character, commitment, and humility? Obviously, depending on the particulars of the position you were looking to fill, you might decide based on a combination of all the attributes listed. But are certain characteristics more important than others? When the New Zealand National Rugby Team (The All Blacks) is deciding to bring a new person into their organization, two of the biggest qualities they look for in a candidate are character and humility.
