What do your assets and liabilities look like when you take inventory of your life? According to Dr. Maxwell Maltz, best-selling author, each night before bed you should scour your day to determine what you forgot to do. Dr. Maltz isn't talking about what tasks and projects you need to remind yourself to tackle the following day. He's speaking about the interactions you had with others, he's addressing the attitude you displayed throughout the day, he's talking about how you saw yourself and your ability to get things done. Take stock of your day each night so you don't forget to do the things that are important to you and others, tomorrow. Watch the video below for a list of things you might want to consider during your nightly inventory.
