What criteria do you use to make good decisions in your career? Do you look at how much money you will make and go with the company that offers you the most compensation? Do you look at the title you're being offered and commit to the company that offers you the most prestigious position, or do you look at the character and quality of the people you will be working with and pass up money and titles, in an effort to develop a quality product working with quality people?
