As we begin another work week, many of us are caught up in all the things we need to accomplish this week. As the week goes on, many of us will become obsessed with what we need to complete. Instead of focusing on all the clutter and turmoil that obsession brings, take a moment to look at the big picture. It's estimated that we'll spend 80,000 hours at work during our careers, while a typical life is made up of 672,000 hours. Make sure you spend some time enjoying and being grateful for all the things you have outside of the office.. Check out this short video about gratitude.
